STRABAG PFS Secures Property Management Contract from Union Investment
STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) is to provide technical support and property management services for a portfolio of 49 retail properties owned by Union Investment in Germany.
The three-years agreement, which comes into effect on 1 January 2019, follows the earlier award of a contract to manage 795,000 square metres of rental space - one of several 'lots' relating to 150 properties with a rentable area of approximately 2 million square metres that were put out to tender by Union Investment and included office and commercial buildings as well as 30 hotels.
Services to be provided under the new contract that covers the landmark EMPORIO complex in Hamburg and MainTor Porta building in Frankfurt, include service provider monitoring, renovation works management, tenant support, bookkeeping, and reporting.
STRABAG PFS has worked with Union Investment since 2013.
