STRABAG PFS Awarded HighLight Towers Contract
STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) is delivering property management and technical services at the prestigious HighLight Towers office skyscraper complex in Munich, following the award of a new contract that came into effect on 1st January.
STRABAG PFS has been managing numerous office, retail and hotel propertiy assets on behalf of Commerz Real. Since 2014. The portfolio under management has been expanded to 20 properties representing a total rental space of around 450,000 sq.m, principally in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich.
The renowned office complex is owned by the open-ended Commerz real estate investment fund, Hausinvest.
Comprising 32 and 27 storey twin towers, the HighLight Towers are two of the tallest buildings in Munich. Designed by architects Murphy/Jahn and completed in 2004, they offer more than 80,000 sq.m of rental space, 97 per cent of which is leased for the long term by tenants who include major IT companies. Both towers have achieved the internationally recognised LEED Gold certification.
Property management services to be provided under the agreement include tenant support, management and monitoring of service providers, renovation management, and financial accounting and reporting.
