JLL Nominates Non-exec Director
Jeetu Patel has been nominated for election as an independent, non-executive Board member of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
Patel has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise software companies, and is currently Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer with cloud content management platform Box, Inc (where he previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and SVP).
His previous roles include General Manager and Chief Executive of the Syncplicity business unit of EMC (now part of Dell), and President of research and advisory firm, Doculabs.
Patel earned a B.S. degree in Information Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and also serves on the board of HackerRank.
Announcing the nomination, JLL Chairman, Sheila Penrose, said:

The Board's current members include Penrose and Ulbrich, as well as Hugo Bagué, Matthew Carter, Samuel A.
Di Piazza, Jr., Dame DeAnne Julius, Ming Lu, Bridget Macaskill, Martin H.
Nesbitt and Ann Marie Petach.
Patel's nomination is expected to be confirmed at JLL's 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 29 May.
