ServiceMaster has appointment Deborah Caplan, executive vice-president of Human Resources and Corporate Services for NextEra Energy, Inc., to its board of directors.
Ms.
Caplan who has also served as vice-president of Integrated Supply chain for NextEra Energy, is also a past vice-president and chief operating officer (COO) of its Florida Power & Light Company subsidiary.
She was formerly senior vice-president of global operations for Vendor Financial Services at the General Electric Company.
Announcing the appointment, ServiceMaster Chairman, Naren Gursahaney, said:
