JLL Announces New Head of HR Americas
Raymond Hall will assume responsibility for JLL's HR team in the Americas from Global CHRO Mary Bilbrey who has filled the position on an interim basis.
Hall joins JLL from the Larry H.
Miller Group of Companies where he was CHRO, and will serve as a member of JLL’s Global HR Leadership Team and Americas Executive Committee, working closely with Americas CEO Greg O'Brien.
After a career in the army, Hall worked in a variety of industries and roles at organizations including the International Paper Company, Cargill, Ulteig and Flowserve Corporation. He brings broad experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and coaching, executive compensation and succession planning gained in the United States and internationally.
He holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
