MAPP Property Management has awarded Jaguar Building Services a three-year mechanical and electrical (M&E) services contract at 50 Bank Street in the heart of London's Canary Wharf. The 216,000 square foot building overlooks Jubilee Place and benefits from its proximity to Jubilee Place Mall, an underground shopping centre which offers shoppers a choice of fashion, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants
The contract which commences in April 2020 will be led by account manager, Graham McSorley, who will be supported by six on-site staff.
Commenting on the award, Morgan Todd, Assistant Business Development Manager at MAPP, said: "This site has a complex electrical infrastructure and is therefore a perfect opportunity for us to showcase some of our extremely talented people who have extensive experience, providing our service within high-profile business critical office environments."
