Barcode scanner and industrial wearables manufacturer ProGlove has appointed Dr Thomas Nowak to the joint positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Nowak has more than 25 years of international management experienced gained in the tech sector, and previously worked at TeamViewer with ProGlove CEO, Andreas König.
After earning a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) degree from Westphalian Wilhelm University of Münster, Nowak joined Hoechst AG as corporate Control and development manager, before overseeing the establishment of Vodafone's Partner Markets division as its inautural CEO.
He later served as Vodafone CFO where he was responsible for operations in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and German.
From 2013 to 2016, Nowak was Chair of the Audit Committee of Vodafone subsidiary, Kabel Deutschland - as well as a member of the company's supervisory board.
Most recently, Nowak was the CFO of energy start-up, PowerCloud.
Commenting on the appointment, Nowak, said:
