Global HVAC-R solutions company Clivet S.p.A has launched a full DC inverter packaged air-to-water heat pump for external installation of large-scale commercial buildings including high-rise and campus facilities.
Described as the "sustainable solution for the conditioning and domestic hot water production", the ELFOEnergy Storm EVO (WSAN-YES) utilises R-32 refrigerant which comes with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) rating of -70 per cent compared to traditional R410A refrigerant.
Other new products recently announced by the Italian manufacturer include SAHU - a new range of high efficiency air handling units (AHU) which is designed for medium air flow requirements and high efficiency outdoor unit with vapour injection compressor range, VRE SYSTEMS which is designed to operate even in outdoor temperatures as low as -25° Centigrade.
