Mixed-use property developer Rockwell has appointed Nicholas Mee as Managing Director UK.
Mee who has 15 years’ experience spanning acquisitions, investment, construction and marketing across both residential and commercial sectors, previously served on the company's board of directors and as Head of Land.
The announcement comes at an exciting time for Rockwell as it reports significant progress across its portfolio of development sites, including Vetro and One South Quay in London's Canary Wharf, and The Salvation Army Headquarters in Elephant & Castle.
Prior to joining Rockwell, Mee held roles within the property team at Lidl UK overseeing estate management, site acquisition, planning and construction; he then joined real estate developer, R55, before an opportunity arose to join the Rockwell team in 2018.

He is committed to ensuring each and every project responds to and reflects its location, with design and usage specifically tailored on a site-by-site basis.
He says: "I am honoured to have received this promotion and look forward to building on Rockwell’s impressive legacy and leading the immensely talented team to deliver world-class developments."
Donal Mulryan, Rockwell's founder, adds: "It is a great pleasure to announce Nicholas’ promotion to Managing Director. Over the years, he has played an integral role in the success and growth of our business, and this promotion is testament to Nicholas’ wealth of knowledge and exceptional performance."
