Rollout of Training Programme
UK contract cleaning company Indepth Managed Services is launching a new employee development programme supported by training provider, Momentus.
Following the publication of a new strategic roadmap with a focus on training and development, the company sought an external partner with the capabilities and credentials to design and deliver a future-focused programme.
Momentus will focus on improving Indepth's induction process, team and individual development, building courses and certification around role specific requirements and supporting everyone’s personal development and career aspirations, and making learning an ongoing experience throughout the business.
Indepth managing director, Suzanne Richardson, comments, "People are crucial to the successful running of this business and we want to invest in and develop everyone.
We want to give our employees the skills and support that they need so that they can achieve incredible things at Indepth and we can comfortably reach our key sales targets.
"Having already had the experience of working with Momentus, I know that they are the right primary training partner for us as we have shared values and a passion to see people grow."
James Perryman, Founder and Co-Director of Momentus, adds: "We are delighted to further strengthen our relationship with Indepth through this partnership as they continue to invest in the training and development of their people.
"This is a positive commitment for us both and demonstrates the success that comes from our partnership approach and working together.
We’re very much looking forward to the year ahead."
Since 1978, Indepth have been providing cleaning and associated soft services to a wide range of sectors across the United Kingdom.
The company's healthcare expertise allowed it to adapt quickly to the Covid-19 pandemic, with more than 1,500 employees utilising a unique, cloud-based Hub to deliver services to clients.
