Fenimore Fisher serves as Aramark's Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), responsible for company-wide DEI strategies.

Collaborating with teams like Human Resources, Operations, Growth, Supplier Diversity, Community Relations, and Sustainability, Fisher integrates DEI principles.

As an Aramark officer, Fisher reports DEI progress to the Board of Directors, focusing on workforce, workplace, and marketplace initiatives.

He oversees the executive diversity council, 11 employee resource groups, and an ally network.

Bringing a wealth of DEI leadership experience, Fisher joined Aramark in 2021 after roles at DLA Piper, Johns Hopkins University, and the City of New York.

He holds a JD from Ohio Northern University and a labor mediation certification from Cornell University.

Fisher has earned recognition for his DEI contributions, including awards from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund, Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, and National Diversity Council.

He's involved with advisory councils like the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and organizations including GLSEN's Corporate Leadership Council.
