CH&CO has acquired education caterer Pabulum who employs around 800 people with a turnover of £28.5 million.
The acquisition expands Royal Warrant holder CH&CO’s education business to over 100 primary and secondary schools comprising of single sites, multi academy trusts and federations, within a 125-mile radius of Pabulum's base in Fleet, Hampshire.
Pabulum managing director Nelson Williams who will continue to manage the business, says: “My team and I are absolutely thrilled to be merging with CH&CO, we have very similar values and I know they will be hugely supportive in growing both our Pabulum brand and the wonderful people that work for us.”
