Non-ministerial UK government department The Office of Rail and Road has selected Pareto FM for a long-term total facilities management contract at its 25 Cabot Square Headquarters in London's Canary Wharf.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pareto will deliver multiple hard (integrated HVAC and engineering) and soft services.
The tender was procured via the Crown Commercial Services framework which Pareto won a place on in 2022.
