Ilume Innovation Center Achieves WiredScore Gold 2023 Certification

The Ilume Innovation Center, a 370,000 square foot LEED-certified office building in Scottsdale, Arizona, has achieved WiredScore Gold 2023 certification for digital connectivity and building readiness.

The WiredScore certification program assesses a building’s digital infrastructure.

Located at 19001 N Scottsdale Rd, Ilume comprises four stories and is owned by Stockdale Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based vertically-integrated real estate investment firm.

Stockdale acquired the property in 2019.

The building was originally designed by famed architect Will Bruder and served as the former Henkel North American headquarters.

Cushman & Wakefield recently announced Stockdale Capital Partners is committing over US $20 million to a major renovation plan which will complete the conversion of Ilume into be a fully lab-enabled life science facility.
