Polyteck is one of 70 suppliers to be included in Fusion21’s Building Improvements Framework for public sector organisations operating in the UK's housing, education and healthcare sectors.
Merseyside-based social enterprise Fusion21 announced the renewal of its national Building Improvements Framework last year which is valued at up to £346m over four years.
The framework will involve a wide range of internal and external improvement works from the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors to roofing work.
It has been enhanced to include four new dedicated lots covering damp and mould, external environmental improvements – such as fencing, driveways, walls, hard and soft landscaping – insulation, and aids and adaptations.
Polyteck will be able to bid for services across three of the categories, which across the four years is expected to involve approximately £100m worth of kitchen and bathroom replacements, £25m in damp and mould works, and around £16m in external environmental improvements.
