Alma Property Partners and Rexbo Gröna Industrihus have acquired three light industrial property assets within the Länna industrial area of Stockholm's Huddinge municipality in two separate transactions.
Huddinge Fräsen 6 & 7 and Huddinge Kranbilen 8 were acquired from Xano Precision AB, a subsidiary of Xano Industri AB and a private seller, and comprise a total leasable area of approximately 4,500 sqm and a land area of 9,800 sqm.
In connection with the acquisition of Fräsen 6 & 7, a green lease agreement has been signed with AB LK Precision Parts.

The acquisitions expand Rexbo's industrial portfolio to ten properties and support its strategy of expanding in the Greater Stockholm area.
