Aramark has unveiled an enhanced version of its Latina Cocina concept across its residential dining programs under an extended partnership with celebrated chef, author, and television personality Grace Ramirez.
According to findings from the company's hospitality surveys, 67 per cent of Gen Z students prefer authentic international flavors.
Theresa Butler, Vice President of Student Experience. tells FM Magazine the La Latina Cocina offering was developed in close collaboration with Chef Grace and Aramark’s culinary innovation team to meet that growing demand for culturally authentic dining experiences - with 90 per cent of students surveyed following its launch indicating they would be likely to order again and recommend La Latina Cocina to a friend or colleague.
The enhanced menu builds on previous interpretations, while introducing a variety of new signature dishes, sides, and desserts inspired by flavors from across Latin America.
Guests can also enjoy a “Create Your Own” experience, customizing bowls, tacos, and plates with a variety of bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces.
