Sowga to Deliver M&E Services for BNP Paribas Real Estate UK Property Management
BNP Paribas Real Estate UK Property Management has awarded a new mechanical and electrical (M&E) services contract to Pareto FM business Sowga.
The award which follows a competitive tender process covers more than 50 mobile locations across London and the Home Counties, and will be delivered through Sowga's in-house mobile M&E engineering solution. Its scope includes full mechanical and electrical services, supported by a dedicated team of mobile engineers, including mechanical engineers, electricians and multi-skilled M&E specialists.

The latest appointment further strengthens Sowga's growing portfolio and reflects continued confidence from major financial institutions in the company's technical capability, mobilisation expertise and service delivery approach.
As part of the onboarding process, Sowga has undertaken a comprehensive mobilisation programme, including asset verification and data gathering, supported by a robust management infrastructure to ensure consistency, compliance and long-term service resilience.
