Artic Building Services have been selected to provide a semi-permanent engineering resource and Hard FM services for seven buildings in the Rendall and Rittner-manged Royal Arsenal Riverside residential development in Woolwich, South-East London.
The contract extends a relationship established last year when the specialist provider of engineered services was invited by the managing agents to propose a scope of works for the delivery of multi-technical services at the site which includes on-going construction by The Berkeley Group.
Services under the contract include contract management and administration to ensure conformity with all compliance requirements, reactive maintenance, and on-site support delivered by a dedicated multi-skilled engineer 5 days a week.
The company, which is better known for the provision of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services to local authorities, schools and Housing Associations, has also announced ongoing discussions with other clients from the luxury residential property sector.
