Polyteck Group Restructures

Polyteck has announced a restructuring of its operations into distinctive maintenance and specialist services, and property development divisions under separate managing directors.

The growing construction, development and facilities management company which operates in the United Kingdom and through joint-ventures (JVs) in the UAE, has acquired a reputation for self-delivery of services.

Its newly formed maintenance entity will assume responsibility for the integration of several contracts, with the enlarged business expected to generate revenue in excess of £20 million next year.

Polyteck also recently established its own specialist in-house water treatment, drainage and plumbing, and compliance operations to support its maintenance activities.

These will all form part of the new specialist division, alongside the group's engineering, validation, fire and security, and electrical services offerings.

The company’s re-generation and construction activity will sit within the new property development division.

George Polycarpou, Polyteck managing director, says:

"The launch of our new maintenance and specialist services and property development divisions is a clear signal of our ongoing commitment to our clients.

"It enables the company to concentrate on its engineering and maintenance activities, where we have strong market positions, which in turn helps to underpin more predictable and profitable revenue streams.

"By focusing our expertise on specific tasks and projects, we are able to maximise our productivity and continue to always provide a first-class service."
