Jaguar Building Services have won a 12-month contract to deliver hard services at One Embassy Gardens which is part of the wider development of The Embassy Gardens Estate, Nine Elms, which spans 15 acres on London’s South Bank.
One Embassy Gardens, the flagship building within the portfolio, is a mixed-use office and retail development covering 215,000 square feet.
Jaguar will be providing ongoing mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements to the building.
