Schneider Electric Announces New VP Digital Energy
Schneider Electric has appointed Kas Mohammed to succeed Pradyumna Pandit as Vice President of its Digital Energy Division in the UK and Ireland.
Kas has worked at Schneider Electric for 13 years, most recently acting as the Midlands Regional Director for Digital Energy,where he has been responsible for managing and leading a business of over 100 people.
Announcing the appointment, Mike Hughes, the company's Zone President UK&I, said: "I would like to take this chance to welcome Kasto the UK and Ireland Exco team, while thanking Pradyumna for his hard work and professionalism over the past years and wish him well in his new role.
Kas is the right person to continue the growth of the Digital Energy division.
During his time at Schneider Electric, he has consistently proven himself to be a valuable member of the team."
Kas added, "I am eager I take the helm of the Digital Energy Division, especially as it is such a critical time for the digital transformation and electrification of the energy sector.
I hope to continue to advance the great work of previous years, with a particular focus helping to power the next generation of smart buildings.

Pradyumna joined Schneider in June 2016.
During his time, the Digital Energy team has expanded steadily, supported by the company's investment in establishing a future workforce through its graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
