European cashless payment solutions provider to the haulage sector SNAP has delivered 'Trucking Legend' packages to hauliers and staff who have shown exceptional commitment during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Nominated on SNAP’s website and Facebook page, recipients include drivers and office staff in the United Kingdom who have supported delivery of essential supplies to supermarkets, hospitals and pharmacies throughout the crisis.
Nominations have been made via the company's website and Facebook page - with employees also nominating management teams which have excelled in providing staff with PPE and employment support.
The most recent weekly campaign winners are:
A total of 20 care packages were sent out to Exodus, and its affiliated companies, Port Logistics Ltd and HJL Haulage Ltd.
Its nomination was safely delivering medical supplies and food to and from the EU.
Alan Ball of Ball Trucking, says: "Our drivers have been working around the clock to supply manufacturers and supermarkets across the country, as well as our NHS Thank You trailers that we put together to support NHS Heroes and key workers – and have been so well received by the community.
It has been wonderful to be included and for our drivers to receive the care packages."
