Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the hard services contract for the 270,000 square foot Belgrave House office development in London Victoria by BNP Paribas.
Current and former tenants of the six-floor building which features 110 metres of frontage facing Victoria Station and an unique open terrace and winter garden on the fifth floor, included American Express, Google and Vitol.
Luke Poole, an account manager with Jaguar, says:

The contract is being mobilised wth an initial team of four site-based engineers.
