Cushman & Wakefield has represented order fulfilment and logistics specialist Jay Group in successful negotiations with Prologis, Inc., over a tenancy of a 126,916 square foot industrial and warehousing space in Reno, Nevada.
Jay Group will occupy just over half (some 232,000 sq. ft) of the two-tenant building which is located at 1381 Capital Blvd and commonly referred to as "Prologis Reno Airport 1".
Jay Group has been an industry-leading provider of warehouse inventory management, eCommerce fulfillment, and specialty packaging services for more than 50 years, and the facility will serve as a distribution and fulfillment center for the company’s West Coast clients.
