Commercial prefabricated building manufacturer Kapture Prefab is relocating to a 140,000SF industrial facility in Gilbert, Arizona in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Phil Haenel, Mike Haenel and Andy Markham from Cushman & Wakefield's Phoenix office represented the tenant in the transaction, with colleagues, Pete klees and James Harper represening landlord, Nearon Enterprises.
Haenel describes 1300 North Fiesta Boulevard as exceptional, and says Kapture were drawn to an "abundance of yard space and location in the heart of the Southeast Valley in Gilbert."
Kapture's new location is conveniently positioned between Sky Harbor Airport and Williams Gateway Airport with access to SR 87 and the Superstition freeway (US 60).
The facility features elevator-served office space, a wide range of ceiling heights, heavy power, dock and grade loading, covered storage and mechanical yard.
Situated within the Fiesta Tech Center industrial park, the location is popular with corporate clients.
