UCB Biopharma Extends Facilities Management Contract
Armonia Group business Anabas has retained its facilities management contract in the United Kingdom with global biopharmaceutical company UCB following a competitive tender process.
The seven-figure contract is for a five-year term wih the option to extend for a further two years.
As part of the agreement, Anabas is supporting UCB with the effective facilities management of its current UK headquarters in Slough and its future operation at UCB’s new campus when it relocates to Windlesham, Surrey.
The contract extension includes account management, reception, office and logistics services, mail room, cleaning and environmental services, and grounds maintenance.
The contract extension follows the initial Anabas-UCB partnership which commenced in 2017.
UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing treatments that aim to transform the lives of people living with neurological and immunological conditions.
The UK is home to one of UCB's three state-of-the art global discovery research centres.
