New ISS India HQ Using 100 Per Cent Renewable Energy
ISS Facility Services India has relocated its headquarters to a state-of-the-art office building in Mumbai that runs on renewable energy sources and incorporates sustainability practices resulting in zero emissions.
The new office building is designed to meet the highest energy efficiency standards and utilises a range of technologies and systems to minimise its environmental impact, including technical data monitoring (TDM), Winnow – an AI enabled food waste management tool, and other applications including Smart Energy and water flow metering.
Indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring ensure employee wellbeing.
An additional feature is a state-of-the-art Facility Management Experience Center that showcases the Danish multinational integrated facilities management (IFM) service provider's technology capabilities.
ISS India has also announced the 'ISS Education for All' policy which provides the opportunity for frontline employees to complete their formal education and advance their careers.
Many of the company's frontline placemakers have limited formal education and the policy is expected to help them reach their full potential.
