Bouygues E&S Renews Digital Asset Management Contract
Bouygues Energies and Services has renewed a contract with REAMS for the provision of engineering advice and asset management technology solutions across its portfolio of infrastructure and industrial facilities management contracts.
The renewed partnership builds on a deployment of ELIAS' digital asset management platform, REAMS, to capture data about 1.4 million assets from 40 facility services contracts and develop 'model-optimised' maintenance and capital expenditure forecasting strategies.
Implementing a cross-contract approach to asset management supported by the rich analytics capabilities of ELIAS has also provides the executive team at Bouygues E&S with data that can be used to improve the sustainability of building and property assets under its management.
