Johnson Controls has been included on the Clean200™ list of companies for "putting sustainability at the heart of" its products, services, business models and investments for an 8th consecutive year.
The rankings based on an audit of 6,720 global companies by As You Sow and Corporate Knights, compare volumes of revenue generated via sustainable business to provide an 'educational tool' for measuring corporate sustainability credentials.
For fiscal year 2022, 54 per cent of Johnson Controls' revenue came from low carbon products and services based on the Corporate Knights Sustainable Economy Taxonomy standard, up from 48 per cent in 2020.
