Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the mechanical and electrical contract for Grainhouse, a major redevelopment by Hines in the heart of London's Covent Garden.
The 90,000 sq. ft mixed-used development was designed by Barr Gazetas to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’, WELL Building’ accreditation as well as enhanced digital connectivity standards with ‘WiredScore’, and is being marketed as a "revolutionary concept in sustainability and urban design".
It incorporates many of the site's original features and unifies five historic buildings into one.
