Interroll Hosts EHEDG Annual Member Meeting in Germany

The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) has convened for its inaugural in-person meeting at the Interroll Academy in Hückelhoven, Germany.

Over 70 EHEDG members were invited to participate in this year's event.

EHEDG is supporting global supplier of material handling solutions Interroll by encouraging discussion about 'hygienic' engineering and its future.

EHEDG serves as a forum of expertise on hygienic design and engineering, while promoting food safety and quality standards across the industry and has more than 750 members.

At this year's gathering, Interroll showcased its latest innovations in hygienic conveyor technology within poultry slaughterhouses, as well as its strategies for achieving energy efficiency in transporting and sorting meat boxes.

It has been a pleasure to host so many members at our Hückelhoven facilities and showcase Interroll's contributions to improved hygienic food processing.

Interroll is a trusted partner, providing drum motors and hygienic solutions, which are already in active use by well-known food companies.

Stephan Kronholz, Vice President of Hygienic Solutions at Interroll, says: "Interroll has developed a product platform designed for global application in poultry slaughterhouses.

This stands as a testament to Interroll's forward-thinking approach to hygienic matters."

Adwy van den Berg, Operations Director, adds: "We greatly appreciate the active engagement of members such as Interroll within our organization.

We extend our thanks to the team for their dedication and hospitality in hosting this year's annual event."
