HypoVereinsbank has selectred STRABAG PFS to deliver integrated facilities management at 400 locations in Germany following a competitive tender.
One of Germany's largest financial institutions, the Unicredit subsidiary operates an extensive branch network, office locations including the "HVB Tower" in Munich, and data centres.
We are delighted about the HypoVereinsbank award, especially as this is one of the largest Facilities Management contracts to have gone to tender in recent years
STRABAG PFS, has previously managed properties for the bank, and will provide a full range of integrated technical FM and infrastructure management, as well as commercial services including the provision of a service line with 24/7 helpdesk, relocation support, and disaster and project management services.
