Elior has secured a new 3-year contract to provide café, restaurant, kiosk, and event and meeting catering services at The Whitaker Museum & Art Gallery in Rossendale, Lancashire.
The caterer's bid included innovative plans to develop educational food offerings to accompany the museum’s calendar of exhibitions.
Local produce will be served across The Whitaker's 65-seat restaurant, outdoor kiosk and event spaces with supply partnerships including a collaboration with local North-West favourite ice cream, Fredericks.
Elior will welcome 10 new employees to The Whitaker site including a general manager, head chef and team of kitchen assistants.
