STRABAG PFS to Deliver Hard FM Services at 60-Storey Office Building in MesseCity Köln

STRABAG PFS has been awarded the technical FM and infrastructure management contract for Centraal, a new 24,500sq metre office development within the MesseCity Köln business district in Deutz, Cologne which opens in November.

Located on the right bank of the Rhine, MesseCity Köln feature six buildings, squares, alleyways and several restaurants.

Named after Amsterdam’s Central Station, the 60-storey Centraal tower will be occupied exclusively by KPMG.

The three-year contract includes delivery of all technical facilities management, infrastructure and maintenance services on the property, its 15,000 square metre underground car park, and on a "balcony" designed for business exhibitions and events.

MesseCity Köln offers a convenient location between Koelnmesse and Cologne-Deutz Fernbahnhof with views of Cologne Cathedral.

The entire complex is certified by DGNB which evaluates and certifies sustainable buildings using various criteria for different phases of their life cycle.
