infinitSpace Accelerates US Expansion with Senior Hire

Flexible workspace provider infinitSpace has appointed flex pioneer Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak as its Head of Real Estate for the Americas.

Pirrotti-Dranchak has been an authority in the flex space since 1999, championing the workspace as a strategic tool to drive expansion for operators and business performance for asset owners.

From 1999 to 2006, she served as Global VP of Marketing – Americas for Regus, with the business growing US $200 million to over US $1 billion over that period.

More recently, Pirrotti-Dranchak served as Chief Development and Marketing Officer at Office Evolution (the world’s largest coworking franchise), as Global Enterprise Director at NewFlex (a leading flex operator for over three decades), and as the managing director at Expansive where she was responsible for growing the real estate portfolio in the United States.

With over 25 years' experience and a stellar track-record of leading revenue, real estate and brand expansion for fast-moving, category-defining companies in more than 65 countries, Pirrotti-Dranchak will assist with formulating the group's commercial strategy, and forging new partnerships with landlords in the commercial real estate (CRE) and asset managers.
