The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has re-awarded a five-year total facilities management contract for multiple sites to EMCOR UK following a competitive tender process.
Under the contract, the facilities services provider will deliver a range of integrated services including engineering, cleaning, security, and front of house and catering - implementing strict audit standards and a proactive approach to risk management.

The contract was procured through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework.
