Burntwood School Awarded RIBA Stirling Prize 2015

A campus of school buildings in Wandsworth have won the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize 2015 for "Building of the Year".

A campus of school buildings in Wandsworth has won the United Kingdom's most prestigious architectural prize - the RIBA Stirling Prize 2015 for "Building of the Year".

In a unanimous decision, the jury commended the quality of the £40.9 million building and "spirit of collaboration" between architectural firm, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the engineering team and other members of the development team.

The jury also acknowledged the positive contribution of Head Teacher, Mrs Helen Dorfman in making the school a success.
