BEST RECRUITERS 2015 gold award for ISS Austria
For the second time, ISS Austria has received the gold certificate and quality seal for its recruiting performance, and the `BEST RECRUITER´ gold award.
The company was commended for its outstanding personnel work and its excellent recruiting quality through superior performance and special expertise in the recruitment area.
The BEST RECRUITERS bureau undertook the largest independent recruitment study in the D-A-CH region (Deutschland, Austria & Switzerland) for the awards which involved assessing the recruitment practices of 500 companies against 106 independent criteria.
Categories included: recruiter presence, online job advertisements, handling of applicants and feedback - with certificates and quality seals being awarded for gold, silver and bronze performance.
ISS Austria was announced winner of the `Services´ category and also ranked in second place overall.
Dr. Kurt Babirath, People & Culture Director and member of the management of ISS Austria, commented on the importance of the award:
