On-the-go 'Digital Library' Access to NEC4’s Contracts Suites
A first-of-its-kind for construction industry projects, the Digital Library, complete with an easy-to-use search function, has been created to allow fast reference for users wherever they are, and is set to assist in reducing the time it takes to resolve any conflicts or challenge terms.
Designed to encourage more efficient project collaboration, the platform enables project teams to immediately view digitised copies of all NEC4 documents, including user guides for easy clarifications, with no need to download any additional software.
Elizabeth Brookfield, NEC Product Manager, said "We are delighted the reveal the Digital Library, the first and only way that industry professionals can access every aspect of procurement contracts digitally, on a computer or on-the-go at their fingertips."
"We already allow access to the new suite of contract through options such as ePrint and eView, however the Library grants users immediate access to both the contracts and guides simultaneously. This allows any uncertainties about any aspect of the contracts to be easily explained at the click of a button.'
The Digital Library is now available for all NEC4 single users and as an enterprise licence at www.neccontract.com.
