Winning Big at the REVO ACE Awards

The company's longstanding relationship with St Stephen's shopping centre in Hull was recognised by a Primary Centre category award for the shopping mall; with judges noting it has "excellent measures in place to boost staff morale, and customer service remains a key focus for staff at all times."

Carmen Railton from St Stephen's was named an "ACE Superstar", after securing a 100 per cent rating in two mystery shopper visits, after she went out of her way to help a customer find a suitable place to buy a dog bed. Her commitment extended to googling suitable stores in the area, and giving the customer her contact details in case they needed more help.

Colleagues from other UK shopping centres, Dave Fletcher (Crystal Peaks), Stacie Faulkner (Manchester Arndale), Stephen Dawking (Middleton Grange) and Johnboy Ewens (Swan shopping centre), were all named "ACE Stars" after their performance was rated at 100 per cent in a single visit by mystery shoppers.
