Commerzbank Germany Contract for STRABAG

STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS), is pleased to announce it will be providing multi-technical facilities management (FM) services at several Commerzbank AG locations in Germany, including Frankfurt's iconic 259-metre "Commerzbank Tower".

The announcement follows the award of a contract for an undisclosed amount, under Commerzbank's competitive tendering process (the "FM-Modell 4.0" call for bids of 2017) which divided the financial institution's properties into 12 regions.

STRABAG PFS has been awarded contracts for the Nuremberg region (floor area approx. 62,000 m2), the Frankfurt region (floor area approx. 360,000 m2) and comdirect's building in Quickborn (floor area approx. 24,000 m2).

In total, STRABAG PFS will look after 234 Commerzbank locations, including bank branches, office and administrative buildings, and a datacentre.

The contract extends over a period of six years until 31 December 2024, and the companies have already initiated the start-up phase.
