Incentive Lynx Awarded Prestigious Cube Contract

A dedicated team of 17 people will operate 24/7 at The Cube which is a mixed-use development in the centre of Birmingham. The 25 storey building is host to 135 flats, 111,500 square feet of offices, restaurants, a hotel and a skyline bar/restaurant.

Under the terms of the 3-year contract Incentive Lynx, part of Incentive FM Group, will be responsible for providing manned guarding, residential concierge services and reception cover in a drive to improve service levels and create a culture of service excellence.

Commenting on the award, Doug Wattleworth, Senior Facilities Manager at The Cube, said: "Providing a safe and smooth-running building for our customers is extremely important and so we have chosen our partner carefully. Incentive Lynx showed a real understanding of our needs and their approach to the ongoing development of their people was a good cultural match with us."
