The British Cleaning Council (BCC) has elected a new Chair and Deputy Chair at its recent Annual General Meeting.

A new report is calling for better acknowledgement and support of cleaning and hygiene sector workers in the United Kingdom.

Veolia has been selected to decarbonisation projects at two acute hospitals for the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, one of England's largest teaching hospital trusts with some 2.8 million patients annually.

Veolia has been awarded a 27 million energy management contract to upgrade the 459-bed Eastbourne District General Hospital, part of East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

BAM has been commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University (BCU) Health Board to develop the detailed design for a new inpatient adult and older persons mental health unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital in Bodelwyddan near Rhyl, Wales.
