WPS - the property services arm of Wates Group - has been appointed to deliver energy efficiency upgrades to more than 700 homes for Orbit in the Midlands and across the South of England.

WPS has secured a significant new contract extension to deliver hard facilities management, planned and reactive maintenance services, and project work across a diverse portfolio on behalf of Aviva Investors, managed by JLL.

ACCA, the global body for professional accountants, has extended its facilities management contract with WPS by a further two years.
