Independent nonprofit patient safety watchdog The Leapfrog Group has awarded an "A" grade for patient safety to Harris Health's Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital with the public healthcare provider for Harris County, Texas achieving a "B" at Ben Taub Hospital.
