Karl Horton

Karl Horton is Data Services Director at the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS), a standalone company which was originally founded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to provide cost and price data for the UK construction industry. Karl's role includes overseeing core functions undertaken by the data-delivery team to support product and service delivery. Karl previously worked as a quantity surveyor before moving into data-led roles.
