Karen Boswell

Karen Boswell OBE is the Managing Director of Baxi Heating UK and Ireland. A passionate advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, she has worked across various sectors including Hospitality, Services, Facilities, Rail and Transport, Supply Chain and Technical Manufacturing, Energy and Industrials. Karen received an OBE for her contribution and services to the UK railway industry in the Queen's 2016 Birthday Honours List.
