If you are involved in securing major events, sports stadia, festivals, concerts, hotels, beaches, modes of transportation or, indeed, any venue where people gather, then you will appreciate that understanding the norms of behaviour for your operating environment - and recognising deviations from those norms - is a critical element of your security web.
Green Light has been advocating behavioural analysis for over 25 years and has, over that time, delivered classroom courses around the globe. We are, however, delighted to be offering our one-day (split over two half-days!) Introduction to T.R.A.P. course as a virtual classroom experience online.
The interactive courses serve as a forum for debate for security management keen to explore the way in which non-racial profiling can enhance the level of security they are responsible for, whilst also serving as a basic introduction to the requisite techniques employed by those on the front line.
Delivered by Philip Baum, the programme draws on his specific experience from the aviation industry, whilst also using case studies from other sectors (most notably the Manchester Arena incident) to illustrate how tactical risk assessment can serve any location where people gather.
