New offices for The Building Futures Group

The Building Futures Group is delighted to announce its move to new premises at Salisbury House, in the heart of London, close to Finsbury Square. The Building Futures Group is the leading voice representing the cleaning, facilities management, housing, property and parking sectors.

The Group's new address Salisbury House, London Wall, London, EC2M 5QQ, was chosen for its central location and the ability to better serve both clients and staff. The new space features office, training and meeting spaces for users, and a fully equipped Training room, all of which enable The Building Futures Group, Asset Skills Training and Upkeep Training to accommodate members and clients more effectively.

It was apparent that this was no easy removal job and so the group looked to The Building Futures Group members Harrow Green, who are a specialist removal company. Harrow Green were perfect for the job at hand as they not only packed and moved office furniture and collaterals, they also dismantled and moved the whole of the Upkeep Training equipment.

Upkeep Training provides specialist training in building maintenance and has a large interactive training display and is a specialist maintenance training facility. Thanks to the logistics expertise and services provided Harrow Green the move went smoothly just a few days before Christmas.

Nigel Dews, Managing Director of Harrow Green, stated: "I'm delighted that we were chosen by The Building Futures Group for their move. This job needed specialist knowledge and experience to ensure that all the equipment was correctly dismantled, moved safely and delivered to the new premises, and I'm proud to say that we showed our expertise in this area. Our team welcomed the chance to put their skills to use in making sure this complex move went smoothly, with the absolute minimum of disruption.

We know the value of the work which The Building Futures Group does for its members and clients and I'm very pleased to see them going from strength to strength. It's great to be a part of their development and to see the organisation in this exciting new space."

Sarah Bentley, CEO at The Building Futures Group, commented: " Our rapid growth in 2014 and expanding portfolio of training courses means we now need a bigger space. So, I'm thrilled to announce the move. Harrow Green made what could have been a very stressful and expensive operation into a seamless pack, move and deliver service. Thanks to Harrow Green we were able to focus on the other practical aspects of moving our organisation and were able to leave the removal logistics to the experts.

Our new office helps us to provide more flexible, open spaces for people to work and collaborate, and we are looking forward to welcoming both new and existing members and accommodate our Asset Skills Training and Upkeep Training trainees.

I'm excited about the move, very proud of our growth, and looking forward to what 2015 brings."

Salisbury House is one of the city's most prominent and elegant office buildings with its period façade and is a stone's throw from Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Bank stations. The building is centrally located between Finsbury Circus and London Wall on the junction with Circus Place.
